Hi, I’m Kerrie Bremner
Over the past 12 years, I’ve worked in both elementary and high school settings, and one thing has always been clear to me: the students who challenge us the most are often the ones we don’t fully understand yet.
My work focuses on helping schools move away from reactive, compliance-based approaches and toward something more effective—understanding behavior through the lens of regulation, connection, and capacity.
But just as important as the students are the adults.
Because when educators are overwhelmed, unsupported, or unsure of what to do next, even the best strategies fall flat. That’s why my approach is always practical, honest, and grounded in real classrooms. No fluff, no unrealistic expectations—just tools and perspectives that actually work on Monday morning.
I support school teams through professional development, coaching, and system-level conversations. My goal is to help educators make sense of what they’re seeing, respond with confidence, and feel less alone in the process.
At the core of everything I do is this belief:
When we better understand behavior, we respond differently.
And when we support the adults, students are the ones who benefit most
